About the position as a site manager
As a site manager, you will plan, lead, and follow up our subcontractors in the daily production within assigned areas of responsibility. You are also responsible for ensuring that the work environment and quality are adhered to. You will continuously monitor and follow up on production results regarding costs, schedules, and logistics. As a site manager at Rover Grupo, you are also responsible for ensuring compliance, consensus, and unity in your workgroup regarding Rover Grupo's visions and goals.

Are you Rover Grupo's new site manager?
We are now looking for someone with at least three years of experience in construction production in a leading position. You have experience in water and sewage (VA) and road construction and have worked on projects where the Swedish Transport Administration has been the client.
If you have an engineering degree, this is an advantage, but we also welcome applicants from the skilled worker level with several years of experience in a supervisory role. Furthermore, we would like you to have a structured working method, good collaboration skills, and clear communication. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
