Job Advertisement: Sales Associate at Lagerhaus

As a sales associate, you will always be at the center of the action, where you and your colleagues create an inspiring and sales-driven store environment. You are passionate about our products and want to contribute to our vision "we create happy moments".

You ensure that all Lagerhaus visitors are met by knowledgeable and accessible salespeople who love to meet our customers and help them refresh and decorate their homes!

Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store.

• We are looking for someone with experience in sales, preferably from retail. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with a similar product range as ours and have experience in both personal and mechanical sales, as well as a good eye for visuals.
• We want you to be goal- and results-oriented. It is a plus if you are skilled at recruiting new members to the customer club.
• We expect you to be initiative-taking and action-oriented. You will work some shifts alone in the store, and we are looking for someone who knows how to drive themselves forward and sees what needs to be done.
• We believe you have an easy time collaborating and building relationships.
• We hope you are a positive person with energy, engagement, and joy.

Conditions:

• Employment: The position is a probationary employment located in Umeå City, but you should also be prepared to fill in at Avion if needed.
• Schedule: The position is every other weekend (10h), with the possibility to fill in during sickness. I would prefer if you are in Umeå during the summer to work during the holiday period. It is a plus if you are studying, but we offer a flexible schedule so you can fill in on weekdays during crises.
• At least 18 years old.
• Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.
• Start: According to agreement in February-March.
