Salesperson with Category and Administrative Responsibility at Systembolaget in Åsele

We are looking for a dedicated salesperson for the store in Åsele who is passionate about food & drinks and wants to take customer interaction to new heights. The role includes category responsibility and administrative tasks, with a workload of 50% and varying weekly working hours.

About the role

As a salesperson, you represent Systembolaget outwardly and deliver an impressive customer experience through passion, commitment, and personal responsibility. Your tasks include customer interactions, cashier work, warehouse management, picking goods, and facility maintenance.

With category responsibility, you are responsible for ensuring that your area follows Systembolaget's guidelines regarding assortment, logistics, and display. You will also work on waste analysis and knowledge sharing with colleagues.

The administrative responsibility involves ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation procedures, as well as maintaining order in the office.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, flexible, service-oriented, and has good teamwork skills. You are over 20 years old and have good physical fitness to handle the job tasks.
