About the position

You are offered employment as needed in a profitable and rapidly growing company. The position is located at the Arken Zoo store in Strömpilen, Umeå.

- Temporary position, 10-20 hours/week with the possibility of working more as needed. (possible extension)

- Temporary position from now until 2025-04-30

- Employment contract and salary according to the Swedish Commercial Employees' Union collective agreement.

Responsibilities

The position involves, among other things:

- Providing the best customer service every time you work and always assisting the customer in choosing the right product.

- Being a driven salesperson who loves interacting with customers.

- Store maintenance, upkeep, unpacking, restocking, and sales

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a passion for pets, especially dogs and cats. You should be a dedicated service-oriented individual with some experience in retail or sales within the retail or grocery sector.

An education in animal care from high school, zoos, etc., is a merit but not a requirement.
