Site Manager for ROFAB AB in Ånäset

About ROFAB

ROFAB AB, founded in 1983, specializes in the sale of screws and nuts. We also have close collaborations with other foundries and offer products for the pulp and paper industry, as well as the mining industry. We have major names in our portfolio.

About the Position

We are seeking an engaged and responsible Site Manager who will have overall responsibility for the workflow at the workplace. The role involves making independent decisions to ensure the smooth running of operations. Travel is not expected in the position, but occasional business trips may occur. The position is full-time.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with leadership experience and a strong sense of responsibility. You should be humble, able to make independent decisions, and have a solution-oriented approach to drive the business forward. You are expected to be attentive, empathetic, and able to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
• Experience working with Office 365 and good system skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales and customer contact.
