We divide our stores into the following departments: Sports, running and training - Kids and leisure - Outdoor and hunting - Skiing and cycling – Workshop - Warehouse and logistics - Cash desk. In the Ski and Bike department, we sell products and equipment for bikes and skis, and we also offer several services such as ski waxing and assembly of additional bike equipment. In the role of a salesperson, your main purpose is to ensure that customers have a great shopping experience and leave the store satisfied.

As an Assistant Sales Leader at XXL, you will be responsible for the department when the Sales Leader is not present, requiring leadership and the ability to work in a structured manner. You play a key role in executing campaigns and, together with the Sales Leader and the team, ensuring a sales-driven and inspiring department.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers find the right products
• Unpack and display goods and contribute to keeping the department clean and tidy
• Contribute to the training of your own colleagues
• Practice XXL's operational standards and follow current procedures and guidelines
• Ensure that campaigns are carried out as planned
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the department's employees

To succeed in the role, we believe that you:

• Master Swedish or another Scandinavian language, both in writing and speaking

Qualifications:

• Good experience in one or more of the following sports: Cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, or cycling
