About You

Bahnhof is growing with almost 30,000 new customers per year, and it is important to provide all customers with the best possible service. We are now looking for a driven and dedicated customer service representative who can assist our Danish customers in the best possible way. You will be responsible for providing professional support and answers to questions related to our products and services. To be successful in the role, fluent language skills in Danish (preferably both spoken and written) are required, as well as good communication skills in Swedish and English.

We assume that you are a positive person who enjoys finding faults to then fix them. You like to explain and have the ability to make the complex simple. If you have worked with technical issues before or if you have a technical interest and network knowledge, it is a merit, but absolutely not a requirement. We see it as an advantage if you have at least a high school education. Of course, you also have the ability to keep confidences and company secrets within the organization - Bahnhof strongly advocates for privacy and confidentiality!

Your Responsibilities

Bahnhof is expanding and looking for two people to join the customer service department in Umeå who will work with delivery administration and customer support issues for private customers. You are the person our private customers call when they need technical assistance, for example, if the internet connection is not working properly, or when they inquire about the status of their internet delivery. You will handle troubleshooting of broadband, IP telephony, IP TV, email, anti-virus, and VPN. Together with the customer, you will go through home networks and other equipment. The questions may vary in nature and difficulty, but do not worry! We make sure that you know everything you need to know before you start taking calls. Your first week with us will consist of training, both theoretical and practical. You will receive an overview of Bahnhof's products and services, listen to calls, and soon you will start taking your own calls. Of course, you will have a person from the support team by your side whom you can ask when you have questions. You will also have access to our technical 'in-house guide' where we have gathered several years of knowledge about various technical gadgets and solutions.
