Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges that come with working in a department store? Then we need you to join our team. We are currently looking for salespeople for our department store in Skellefteå who can work extra hours when needed. It would be great if you want to be a part of developing Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta department store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No two days are the same! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks each day; from cashier work and customer service to restocking shelves and rearranging store sections.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• always prioritize customer and sales focus and contribute to achieving and exceeding the department store's sales and profitability goals.
• efficiently handle cashier work, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventory counts)
• maintain order and cleanliness.

Above all, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop in your role as a salesperson at Rusta. Being straightforward, having a positive attitude, and a cheerful demeanor are natural for you. You have a high sense of service and are good at collaborating. As a salesperson at Rusta, the right attitude and mindset are crucial.
