We are now looking for an employee for a 70% position, mainly based at our fresh facility in Mölnlycke with the possibility of shifts at other facilities as needed.

The work in member service involves being a significant contact for prospective and existing members as well as officials such as leaders, coaches, and hosts. You meet, confirm, and contribute to a high level of service. You convey our values, focus on the member, and encourage joyful movement and exercise. You actively work on selling gym cards, café products, and other exercise-related products.

When you are at work, it is your and your colleagues' task to ensure that the facility is clean and fresh, and weights are in their designated places. In other words, you ensure that our members have an attractive training environment and receive a positive and inviting reception. This is where the foundation of the great Friskis spirit is laid. The working hours in the reception/member service involve variety and require flexibility to adapt to different situations. This is where your sales skills come into play. Each member's needs are unique, and it is up to you to provide them with the information they require.

Your tasks:

• Selling gym cards, café products, and other goods, including cash reconciliation.
• Cleaning and general facility maintenance to ensure high quality and contribute to comfort and joy of movement.
• Encouraging exercise and meeting members in training areas, entrance areas, and in member service.
• Member registration and informing about the Friskis&Svettis concept, prices, and training.

All positions have varied working hours, including early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends. We apply a probationary period.

We have 12 facilities around the Gothenburg area where we offer training joy in our group classes and at our gyms.

We are looking for someone who is an engaged and positive team player but can also work independently. You seek a workplace with a good working environment and cohesion and want to contribute to maintaining it. We enjoy working together and have fun while working. We believe that you are solution-oriented and responsive to what the member wants. You take responsibility and can maintain an overview when several things happen simultaneously.

You enjoy providing service and are motivated to work with people. You have experience in and enjoy sales. You are accommodating to members, officials, and colleagues. You can convey our values and contribute to the good Friskis spirit. We also appreciate if you have a genuine and versatile interest in exercise.

Experience in service and sales is advantageous.

We naturally have a collective agreement and a good collaboration with the union. Collective agreement: Almega-Unionen.
