Ecogain consists of approximately 100 employees characterized by learning, drive, and collaboration. We have centrally located offices in Umeå, Östersund, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Kristianstad, Växjö, and Malmö.

The location for this position is Stockholm.

As a Project Controller at Ecogain, you will be a key player ensuring structure and success in our projects. Your role will be largely self-driven, varied, and will include, among other things, the following:

Financial monitoring and reporting

• Responsible for reconciliation and monitoring of our major projects and preparing financial reports for outcomes, budgets, and forecasts.
• Advisory role guiding and supporting our project managers with various financial project follow-ups.

Project structure and administration

• Create structure and routines for project monitoring and closure.
• Invoicing or supporting in invoicing.
• Participate in customer teams for major clients.

Ongoing improvements and collaboration

• Take the initiative to identify and solve problems before they arise.
• Support the Head of Accounting with ongoing accounting.

Tender and quotation work

• Participate and support project managers in tender requests and quotation work.
• Identify and implement improvements in our processes.

• Has post-secondary education in economics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a controller or equivalent.
• Experience working with reporting and analysis.
• Good ability to work in Excel and experience with various systems.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Is a humble team player who wants to make a difference.

It is a merit if you:

• Have experience working in the Maconomy system.
• Have worked at a consulting company.
• Have worked in a consultative role.

The salary range for this position is: 37,000–44,000 SEK per month based on your experience.
