Megatrade Sweden AB is an entrepreneurial property company that develops and manages commercial properties in Greater Stockholm since 2003. We work long-term with our properties and currently have several projects in key growth areas in Stockholm.

Your role

As a project manager with us, you have a great responsibility to drive our projects forward. We are looking for someone who is communicative and curious, efficiently seeking solutions to move forward. You are open and enthusiastic, taking things from idea to completion and have the ability to build successful project teams.

You will be a central part of the team and examples of tasks include:

• Steer projects towards set goals, regarding economy, time, and technology, with ongoing reporting.
• Participate in property development projects
• Be a project manager for maintenance projects, both small and large.
• Be a project manager for sub-projects in development and renovation projects, both small and large.
• Support the management organization regarding projects and project-related issues
• Support the management organization by providing
  specialist knowledge in existing properties as well as handling
  warranty issues, and planned maintenance.
• Prepare decision-making basis, conduct inventories and investigations for projects.
• Responsible for the development of production and investment calculations.
• Responsible for procurement and purchase of contracts and other suppliers.
• Coordinate, lead, and follow up ongoing projects with owners, management, finance function, and suppliers.

Your profile

We see that you have good experience in project management in the construction and real estate industry and very good knowledge of technical systems in properties. In your professional role, you are driven to perform the work responsibly and with high quality. We also see that you have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work, both alone and in a team.

Qualifications

• Relevant university/college- vocational education or equivalent work experience
• At least five years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, preferably in roles such as project manager, project leader, construction manager, and/or installation manager
• You have very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Previous experience in new, to, or renovation projects
• Previous experience in technology-intensive assignments
• Driver's license B
