About the role

As the person in charge of Apoteket Näckrosen in Perstorp, you will lead our dedicated team of 4 fantastic employees. In addition to being responsible for the sales and performance goals of both pharmacies, you will also play a key role in the daily work. The focus here is on building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring that sales and service are always of the highest quality. You and your team will be crucial to the success and development of the pharmacies!

Your main areas of work

• Actively engage in customer meetings to strengthen the pharmacy's position in the local market
• Ensure that the workplace maintains high standards in quality, safety, and environment
• Manage recruitment, scheduling, and team development
• Initiate and maintain collaborations with local actors to expand the pharmacy's business

Your skills

For this role, we are looking for someone with experience in successfully achieving goals. You have had leadership responsibilities, either in a similar managerial role or as, for example, a pharmaceutical responsible or sales leader. You have experience in creating and further developing good relationships with colleagues and creating a common goal that you strive for together.

• Have experience in the pharmacy industry
• Be a trained pharmacist or pharmaceutical consultant
