"The best part of being a leader is definitely seeing how our consultants grow in their roles and inspiring them to take more responsibility in projects, while making sure we have a lot of fun together and celebrate our achievements." This is how Sandra (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sandra-udin-6b040722/) describes what drives her every day. As Sandra will now focus entirely on the delivery responsibility for the Sweden organization, we are looking for another consulting manager who is as passionate about leadership as she is. Alongside her colleague Marlene (https://www.linkedin.com/in/marlene-broberg/), you will continue to develop one of our two fantastic delivery teams in Stockholm. The opportunity to join Sweden's Best Employer (https://www.fellowmind.com/sv-se/inspiration-och-nyheter/fellowmind-ar-sveriges-basta-arbetsgivare-2024/?utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=blogg) is an added bonus!

ABOUT THE POSITION

Based on our values - Always personal, Better Together, Serious about fun & Act with courage, you will lead a highly competent team delivering world-class ERP on Microsoft's D365 platform. Our business area currently consists of over 100 individuals with expertise in roles ranging from solution architects and developers to experts in logistics or finance processes.

The focus of the role, as you have probably understood, is leadership; the desire to develop your employees both professionally and personally. We strongly believe that truly engaged employees both feel better and perform better, which actually leads to more satisfied and well-functioning customers. That is why we conduct monthly employee conversations, where we follow up on all goals (not just billing rates but things that truly develop employees and create engagement).

In this role, you will fully own your budget, including forecasting, monitoring, resource planning, salary setting, and personnel administration (but HR will of course help with all that boring administration). Recruitment is also an important part of the role as we are growing rapidly, but you will also receive help from our recruitment team. You will also have a lot of customer contact and be involved early on in the business from a resource allocation perspective.

It is important to emphasize that we do not work with resource consultants, but rather we are a project consulting company, which means that your employees are mostly on-site at our office. It is also important to highlight that you will be a full-time leader and will not have any utilization responsibility yourself, which is quite unusual in this industry, but something we believe is a prerequisite for success in the role!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

You have a background as a leader in the consulting industry, preferably in a project-driven organization, and ideally within ERP (and if we can dream a little extra, you have a Dynamics background).

As a person, you have a great deal of drive and commitment that is noticeable in everyday life and contagious to those around you. You are passionate about developing your employees and putting them at the center: You are there for them, and not the other way around.

You are also curious and enjoy keeping up with developments so that you understand your employees' jobs and challenges. Your interest also extends to our customers and their businesses.

THINGS YOU PROBABLY HAVEN'T SAID ABOUT LEADERSHIP:

"Well, you have to point with your whole arm and show where things should be."

"In our Team, it's 'Up or Out' that applies, you just have to accept it."

"Getting to know your employees personally?! Pft... No, it's important to keep a proper distance and not form personal bonds with your subordinates..."

"The driving force for me as a manager has always been to have a parking space with my name on it that only I can use."

THE PRACTICAL

Start: Preferably as soon as possible, but we understand that you may have a notice period that needs to be taken into account

Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and assume that it should work for all parties

Location: Our Stockholm office (the most stylish in the capital?) at Kungsbron 2

The recruitment process will consist of phone/teams interviews, in-depth interviews, tests, and reference checks.
