Our client, a leading company in communication infrastructure, is now looking for aNOC Technicianto join a dynamic and solution-oriented team in Kista. About the team & role

You will become part of a tight-knit team within the NOC (Network Operations Center), which currently has 11 employees. You will work shifts according to a rotating schedule that includes morning (07:00–15:30), evening (13:00–21:30), night (21:00–07:30), and 12-hour shifts during weekends and public holidays.

The role involves, among other things:

-Monitoring and managing incoming alarms and incidents in networks and infrastructure

-Troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving issues via, among others, ServiceNow

-Documenting and recording deviations

-Collaborating with field technicians and other technical teams during escalations

-Having an overview of planned work and ensuring it is carried out correctly

-Managing different applications simultaneously 

About you

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and is comfortable in a shift-based environment. You are technically inclined, enjoy fast-paced work, and can easily see what needs to be done – and take the initiative to do it. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and enjoy collaborating.

We believe you have:

-Previous experience in operating various networks within IP networks, mobile networks, and critical infrastructures 

-Basic knowledge of networks, IT, and support from similar roles

-Previous experience working shifts 

-Familiarity with working in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

It is a plus if you also have:

-Experience working in a NOC, operations, or support role previously

-Knowledge of working methodologies within telecom/IT infrastructure

-Start: week 19 

-Working hours: morning (07:00–15:30), evening (13:00–21:30), night (21:00–07:30), and 12-hour shifts during weekends and public holidays.
