In the role of IT Coordinator, you will be a key person in enabling a stable, efficient, and future-proof IT environment that supports Feelgood's continued digital development and growth.
Job Responsibilities
As an IT Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring both the operation and development of the IT environment within the organization. The role includes a combination of operational tasks in operations and support, as well as participation in projects and strategic management work. You will be involved in coordinating daily IT operations, maintaining ongoing contact with external operations and support providers, ensuring the functionality of networks, printers, computers, and telephony, and serving as an important contact person for the various units of the organization.
• Ensure daily IT operations, including digital workplace, network, printers, telephony, and user management
• Support users remotely and on-site, as well as collaborate with the organization and external IT providers for technical needs
• Participate in IT projects, system management, and handle support cases and changes related to business development
• Participate in operations meetings, internal planning, and troubleshooting in e.g. Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Experience working in IT support or service functions
• Experience with networks and telephony, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software
• Experience with remote desktop environments, implementation and support of Microsoft 365, and IT and information security work is a plus
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
As a person, you are self-driven, responsible, and flexible. You take initiative and are unpretentious in your approach to tasks – whether it involves daily operations, technical troubleshooting, or project coordination. You find it easy to collaborate and quickly build good relationships both internally and externally.
You are unafraid of new tasks and have a strong desire to learn. Your social skills allow you to meet users and colleagues at different levels with patience and pedagogical ability – even when dealing with those who are not technically savvy. You have a holistic perspective, but you are also meticulous with details, which makes you quickly become an important part of the team.

Location: Hägersten, Stockholm
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Feelgood.
