About the Position

We are currently looking for a service desk technician for our client, where you will be the first point of contact. The incoming inquiries concern print and conference solutions for both hardware and software. The need arises because employees have developed within the company and have therefore moved on internally. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who wants to take the step to work in this field! The start date for the position is negotiable.

Our client is a company specializing in technical solutions for document management. They offer hardware and software products for printing and copying needs as well as conference room solutions. The company's vision is to create job satisfaction by ensuring a smooth everyday life for their customers and users. Additionally, the organization has various employee-led groups such as: the fitness group, the social group, and a group that enhances the enjoyment in the office.

Initially, you will join as a consultant via Cleverex Staffing and work with us, out at the client. If everything feels good in the collaboration, you are expected to transition to them after 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of first-line support technician, you will solve various problems involving hardware and software-related issues regarding printers and conference room solutions. You will support companies that have over 10,000 devices in the field. In your daily work, you will:

  • Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Document and keep customers updated on cases
  • Escalate cases to second line support that require further expertise

Your Profile

  • Completed high school education
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, as the work is conducted in both languages
  • You have previous experience in technical/IT support, service, customer support, or similar

You are a technology-interested person, which is clearly stated in your application. Furthermore, you are a social person eager to learn new things. For this role, we see that you are responsible, as you will own your cases and tasks. You also have a good sense of customer service.
