Viktor Rydbergs Samskola Djursholm is looking for an administrator to start as soon as possible or by agreement. The position is permanent and 80%.

As an administrator, your responsibilities include, in collaboration with other colleagues on campus and in the Viktor Rydbergs Schools Foundation, supporting the school activities to create the best conditions for the educational mission.

You will provide close support to school leaders in areas such as student, staff, financial, information, and administrative matters. In your role, you have a central and important position in the school's office. You are the face of the school and daily welcome visitors, assist, and guide those who come to or call the school office for various matters.

The tasks also include activities related to short-term staffing, such as booking substitutes and related administration. As a school administrator, you will also handle staff administration related to absences.

You should be able to coordinate events such as Open House and parent evenings.

You have a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. You are service-oriented and flexible according to the situation's requirements. It is important that you are structured and attentive to what needs to be done and can prioritize efficiently. You have high social competence, good teamwork skills, are responsible, and have a professional approach and demeanor.

Working with the computer as a tool is natural for you. Good references are a requirement for the position.

There is another administrator at the school, and you will work closely as a team.
