We are looking for a dedicated support assistant to join our lovely team!

The role of a support assistant with us

In this role, you will provide support to our residents in all aspects of life to promote good living conditions and participation. You will work closely with colleagues and receive support from the HSL team and method developers.

Your tasks include establishing social documentation and implementation plans focusing on low-affective interaction, IBIC, AAC, MI, clear pedagogy, as well as healthcare and support coordination.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a great commitment to the residents, organizational skills, and the ability to be flexible. You should have experience in social psychiatry and preferably also in housing with special services.
