Inspection Technician at Anticimex

What you will do

Working as an inspection technician at Anticimex involves varied tasks and flexible days with elements of social, practical, and theoretical work. We value professionalism and a high level of service in our ambition to deliver the best service on the market. As an inspection technician at Anticimex, you work closely with our customers on inspections and surveys of their residential status and condition.

As an inspection technician, you will, among other things, work with:

• Performing preventive inspections on houses and apartments
• Establishing and building customer relationships and partnerships
• Documentation and protocols
• Other house services such as installation and monitoring of dehumidifiers

The position is a temporary position for approximately six months, until September 2025.

Who you are

To thrive in the role, you are motivated by providing good service, have a knack for communication, and enjoy building relationships. You are accustomed to working in a structured manner and following clear processes. You have an interest in properties and building technology, as well as experience in the construction industry. It is advantageous if you have practical experience in a trade, carpentry, or property management/maintenance. Merits if you have work experience related to building inspections, construction damages, or jobs related to indoor environments.

We also see that you:

• Are familiar with digital tools such as phones, computers, tablets, etc.
• Preferably master more languages than Swedish
• Have a B driver's license
• Are comfortable working on roofs and in confined spaces
