Subsidiary

Flex Scandinavia AB in Karlstad acts as the headquarters for the Swedish market. Here we have our warehouse, service workshop, demo & showroom, sales and support functions, and management.

You will join a positive and driven team of 20 people with extensive experience in successful distribution sales and operations.

We are restructuring in the sales team and are now looking for

FLEX ACCOUNT MANAGER SOUTH

Your task:

- act as a regional sales representative and develop existing, as well as create new, retailers focusing on Painting, Ironmongery, Construction, Car & boat polishing, and rental companies in the Blekinge, Halland, Kalmar, Kronoberg, and Skåne regions.

- Development and implementation of campaigns and sales activities in the field

- Active communication of brand and product benefits to our trade partners and end users.

- Conduct product training, participate in trade shows, and internal exhibitions

Your profile:

- Person who thrives in a market-oriented environment and understands the importance of structured and efficient sales work to develop business with existing and new customers.

- Senior experience in sales work towards the retail sector, within the current area of Power Tools.

- Completed commercial and/or vocational education.

- Very good knowledge of Swedish and good in English.

- You have a structured way of working and are accustomed to and see the benefits of digitally planning and documenting your work and visits.

- Knowledge of MS Office applications

- Your place of residence is strategically located in the region you work in, and you are used to traveling and staying overnight on business.

- You have the opportunity to park a service van with a trailer near your residence.
