Nursing Assistant for Dementia Care Facility in Sjöbo Municipality

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant at our dementia care facility, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with dementia. We base our work on the Social Services Act and aim to work with a salutogenic approach, focusing on strengthening the individual's resources and creating conditions for a meaningful life despite the illness.

Main tasks include:

• Care and personal hygiene
• Healthcare tasks
• Documentation
• Communication and collaboration
• Behavioral and psychological symptoms

In your work, you will contribute to an environment where each individual is met with respect, dignity, and a salutogenic approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for trained nursing assistants who want to make a difference for individuals with dementia. Experience or education in the field of dementia is advantageous.
