Botema is an accounting firm that operates in the real estate sector, mainly in the Stockholm region. Botema is now looking for an administrative assistant for the office in Solna, as they need to strengthen their team with another administrator.
The tasks include working with apartment registers, customer and membership issues, encumbrances, and registration of transfers. Customer service is a fundamental part of the job. The responsibilities also include managing the switchboard, handling incoming emails and mail to the company, and assisting the responsible economists with simpler financial administration such as accounts payable and ongoing bookkeeping.
A requirement for the position is good skills in Swedish, good communication skills, and solid IT skills.
Since the work involves a lot of dialogue with customers and contacts, good social skills are essential. You are welcome to be outgoing and must not have difficulty in contacting other people. Similarly, the nature of the work requires a high problem-solving ability, initiative, responsibility, and the capacity to work independently.
It is advantageous, but not required, if you have experience in administration and customer service. We would like to see that you have a knack for numbers and an interest in finance and real estate.
The position is located at Botema's office at Solna strand.
The employment is full-time and permanent. Entry by agreement, as soon as possible.
