Position: Customer Service Representative

In this senior customer service role, you will contribute and operate in a senior capacity where you will receive significant professional development. We offer a comprehensive solution for entrepreneurs and their employees in the form of occupational pensions, traditional and fund insurance, security insurance such as health insurance, as well as group life and life insurance.
The Customer Service RoleWe have the desire to exceed customers' expectations in all customer contacts and channels. As an employee at SH Pension's customer service, this is exactly what you contribute! You are the face of the company and primarily provide our existing customers with the best service and assistance, as well as handling customer inquiries.
Examples of your tasks:
- Provide service and work with customer inquiries, mainly via phone but also via email
- Customer loyalty activities, often through outgoing phone calls
- Daily insurance and fund administration such as transfers in and out, pension payments, and changes for all products
You will work closely with our Pension Advisors, Product Specialists, and many others internally on a daily basis.

You are unpretentious and caring, both towards customers and colleagues. You are confident and experienced in prioritizing and planning your work. You are a true team player!
Responsibilities
- Ensure that good, personal customer service and support are provided with high availability
- Quality in case management – in accordance with our processes, instructions, and routines
- Further development of work and system support by being part of ongoing efficiency and digitization of case management
- Updating routines and processes in connection with changes affecting case handling
- Maintain the internal culture of being personal, simple, and curious, as well as self-leadership
- Be part of developing our customer service to new heights!
Qualifications and Experience
- Good knowledge of occupational pensions, especially traditional management
- Several years of experience in service and support in the insurance industry
- Confident and experienced in outgoing customer loyalty contacts
- Very good administrative skills
- IFU diploma or equivalent, alternatively professional experience
- Experience with handling in the insurance system Lumera is an advantage
