KAJSAS on KAJEN is located at Barnängsbryggan on Södermalm. At KAJSAS, we prepare our own food, using high-quality ingredients. As an employee, you will work in a tight team with your colleagues and handle a wide range of premium sausages, classic hot dogs, mashed potato trays, flatbread rolls, grilled paninis, as well as coffee, drinks, snacks, and ice cream.

We are looking for someone who has good multitasking abilities and can work at a fast pace, but also independently and effectively during quieter days. We need someone who finds it natural to create a welcoming environment for our guests and passersby. You should understand what customer interaction and service mean. Selling and preparing food should go hand in hand. Working in a fast-paced environment is something you enjoy, and you find it easy to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Focus on communication and teamwork is an important part of the job as we work in a fast-paced environment in a small space. You are used to working both independently and in a group.

We prefer that you have at least two to three years of experience in the industry and are passionate about organizing and leading the workplace forward.

Under the guidance of the current site manager, you will learn the job on-site step by step. The tasks as an employee with us will involve working on-site with service, which includes working at the cash register, preparing food, handling the coffee machine, opening and closing the unit, cleaning, and other usual tasks that are part of the café/fast food industry. The job requires you to be meticulous and have a sense of the importance of order and cleanliness in a kitchen, while always putting the guest first.

In addition to this, you will share responsibility with your colleagues and the site manager for ordering goods, handling deliveries, and returns. During the startup, you will receive materials to learn how we work with this. Previous experience is, of course, highly meritorious.

Working hours are mixed with early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends. Our current opening hours are between 06:30-19:00.

The position we offer is a part-time employment as well as extra work as needed. Salary according to agreement. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with a start date according to agreement.
