Job Responsibilities

As a Systems Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing, maintaining, and optimizing complex system environments.
• Implementing new solutions and features in consultation with development teams and business requirements.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise in system operation and integration flows.
• Ensuring high availability and performance, as well as anticipating and preventing risks in platforms and infrastructure.
• Participating in projects focusing on further development, migration, or implementation of new technical platforms.

Profile Requirements

• At least 5 years of documented experience working as a Systems Specialist, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), network administration, and server management.
• Experience in system integration, automation, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and agile methodologies.
• Fluent in Swedish and good English in speech and writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of container technology (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.
• Work in environments with high security requirements, such as banking, insurance, or public sector.
• Experience in database management (SQL, NoSQL) and system performance optimization.
