System Developer at Adlibris
As a system developer, you will build scalable solutions close to the business using new technology in one of Adlibris' most critical teams!
Do you want to be a key player in Adlibris' technical development? Here you will work with one of the largest product catalogs in the Nordics – 13 million searchable items – on a high-volume site that is constantly evolving to meet customer needs. As a system developer in the Product & Purchase team, you will work with modern tools and large data sets, contributing to ensuring that the over 200,000 customers who visit Adlibris daily continue to be touched by all the fantastic stories that make up their book repertoire!
We offer you
- A central role in an agile team where close collaboration with the business is key.
- Exciting technical challenges in a forward-leaning technical environment with C#/.NET, Azure, and Databricks.
- A dynamic work environment with great development opportunities.
- Benefits such as flexible hours, wellness support, and discounts on Adlibris offerings.
This is what you will do with us
In your role, you will contribute to designing and developing scalable solutions that directly impact the customer experience. The role involves, among other things:
- Developing integrations and building solutions for managing product data and purchasing processes.
- Maintaining systems that ensure Adlibris products are always available to customers.
- Participating in the implementation and integration of a new service for product pricing in the technical environment.
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure high performance and availability in the systems.
- Experimenting with new technologies and methods together with the team to solve business-related challenges.
Your team and workplace
You will be part of the Product & Purchase team, an agile team of six people working with both development and architecture. The development is primarily focused on backend development, but the team also handles frontend tasks as needed. The culture of the team, and Adlibris as a whole, is characterized by a lack of prestige, collaboration, and curiosity about new technology.
Adlibris is located in modern and cozy offices in central Stockholm and has a hybrid work policy with 2 days from the office each week.
More about you
We are looking for someone with several years of experience primarily in backend-heavy development in a Microsoft environment, mainly within C#/.NET. You have previously worked with integrations and find it exciting to handle large data sets as well as technologies like Azure, SQL, Git, and preferably Azure Functions and Databricks.
To thrive and succeed in the role, you are self-driven, solution-focused, and communicative. You enjoy bringing positive energy, have a natural desire to develop, and want to contribute to the team's success. Swedish and English are our main languages, and it is important that you are comfortable with both.
How to get in touch
In this recruitment, we have chosen to collaborate with Ada Digital, which strives for a transparent, inclusive, and agile recruitment experience. We want to know more about you and your potential!
