Nordlo Improve is now seeking an experienced Microsoft specialist who wants to contribute to delivering smart and efficient solutions to our customers.

About the position

As part of our organization, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT solutions to our customers. We are constantly working to optimize and improve our customers' IT environments to enable their success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and configuring the Microsoft 365 platform to meet customer needs
• Developing and implementing strategies for our digital workplace and M365 platform
• Improving and optimizing the use of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft tools
• Responsible for the operation and management of Intune for device administration
• Implementing and maintaining Azure-based solutions for our customers
• Managing and optimizing Windows Server environments
• Participating in the planning and execution of projects related to IT infrastructure and cloud solutions

About you

You are a driven and self-sufficient person with the ability to identify and solve problems in a businesslike and professional manner. With your strong security mindset and your social and communicative skills, you build trust with both customers and colleagues. Your level of ambition and initiative ensures that you always deliver high-quality solutions.

Your technical skills:

• You have several years of experience and a deep understanding of the M365 platform's tools, such as Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
• You have good expertise in M365-related security and compliance
• Experience in design, configuration, and implementation of M365
• Experience in setting up Azure AD Connect and SSO (ADFS, PTA)

Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, Powershell, and MDM are highly meritorious.

As several of our customers use Swedish as their business language, you need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
