The role requires a high level of service, and you must be able to calmly and pedagogically explain IT to users with varying backgrounds.

Your tasks may vary from day to day, and it is important that you are flexible and willing to take on the tasks that need to be done. You are stimulated by problem-solving and have a positive outlook. Most importantly, your positive and helpful work approach is crucial. In the role of IT & AV support technician, you will work in a team, which also requires your ability to collaborate.
