Consulting Manager at Akkodis

Akkodis is expanding, and we are looking for a Consulting Manager who wants to take on the challenge.

About the Role

The role of Consulting Manager is varied and challenging. You will play an important part in Akkodis' future development as you will have sales and development responsibility in terms of new business and advisory sales to our new and existing clients. You contribute to building Akkodis' business from a holistic perspective through your responsibility for the entire recruitment process of our consultants, our most important resources! This includes work in candidate attraction, requirement profiling with clients, advertising, search and selection work, in-depth interviews, and reference checks, all to find the right consultant for the right assignment. In your role, you will also have personnel responsibility for your group of consultants whom you lead and career coach. The core of your task lies in ensuring that your team grows and develops.

As a Consulting Manager, you will also be responsible for mapping desirable clients, creating clear business and activity plans, and tailoring sales efforts to achieve set goals through flexibility, solution focus, and high field presence. We want you to influence the factors that contribute to your unit's success in an organization that views continuous improvement positively.

The location is Akkodis office in Sundbyberg.

About Your Qualifications

To succeed in the role, it is crucial that you have your own drive and take responsibility for your own consulting business. You need to have the ability to stimulate and motivate others in your environment as you will be working to uplift and support your consultants. However, not everything is serious, as we value having fun at work.

We want you to have an academic education or equivalent, with several years of experience in the workforce within IT/Tech.

Previous experience as a Consulting Manager/recruiter in Tech is highly meritorious.

The role will involve delivery to clients where security clearance will be required, meaning you as a person must pass a security clearance.
