System Analyst for Oracle Simphony

Our client is looking for an experienced System Analyst to assist in configuring and optimizing the Oracle Simphony POS system for their operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the internal team to tailor the system to specific needs, streamline workflows, and create a smooth user experience across all devices. You will contribute to improving operational efficiency and ensuring that the system meets business requirements. Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the Oracle Simphony POS system to meet business needs and requirements
• Optimize workflows and functionalities to enhance usability and efficiency
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Ensure that system configuration adheres to industry standards and security protocols

Qualifications

• Technical expertise: Proven experience in configuring and optimizing Oracle Simphony POS systems.
• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Collaboration skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Documentation: Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation to support users and teams.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in configuring POS systems or similar roles.
• Language skills: Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred:

• Experience in retail or the restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of integrations between Oracle Simphony and other systems.
