IT Technician for a Large Energy Company in Stockholm

We are looking for an IT technician on behalf of our client, a large energy company in Stockholm. The position is full-time and starts on March 31st until December 31st, with a chance for extension. You will be employed by us at Poolia but will work at our client's location.

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will work broadly within the organization. As an IT technician, you will primarily handle various types of standardized and non-standardized IT issues. You will analyze and resolve both simple and more complex problems by following the implemented processes (ITIL). You will contribute to continuous improvement in the client's daily operations while also developing yourself by participating in various projects and assignments. A significant part of your role is to identify, diagnose, and solve problems in collaboration with other support teams.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least a high school diploma in IT. You have previously worked in a similar role and have knowledge of both hardware and software such as PCs, printers, mobile phones, software, networks, servers, and databases. We also see that you have prior experience with Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, and Exchange. You have experience working with the business system SAP and the ticketing system Remedy. You have excellent skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
