Administrator part-time in construction projects in Lund

We are now looking for an Administrator to work part-time in exciting construction projects in Lund. You will have a key role in some of Skåne's most exciting construction projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing service in a structured and professional environment. Job Offer

This is a 50% consultancy assignment starting on February 1, 2025, lasting for approximately 6 months with the possibility of extension. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 11am. The position is located in Brunnshög in Lund with close access to public transportation.

Job Responsibilities

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include welcoming guests and colleagues, registering visitors, handling purchases and inventory, conducting presentations and training sessions, carrying out security checks, planning project activities, managing mail/packages, being the contact person for facility management, and supporting projects with administrative tasks.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, structured, collaborative, independent, and has good knowledge of Swedish and English. You should have completed high school and have good system skills, as well as be a proficient user of Office 365.
