So, what does a Content Moderator do? Basically, you ensure that no improper content is featured on the platform. You check content based on rules and guidelines and decide if it should be removed or not. You’re making the internet safer and better! Cool, right?

And all of this in beautiful Lisbon! 300 days of sun per year, beaches left and right and an amazing city.

What You’ll Do:

• Moderate Engaging Video Content: Review and categorize videos to ensure they align with platform guidelines
  
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Enforce content policies to maintain a safe and positive community environment
  
• Showcase Attention to Detail: Examine content thoroughly with a careful and patient approach
  
• Thrive in a Fast-Paced Setting: Make quick decisions and adapt to evolving scenarios
  

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Native-level Dutch and proficient English for writing reports and team collaboration
  
• Key Competencies: Confidence, independence, and comfort with repetitive tasks
  
• Location: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for this on-site role
  
• Availability: Flexible to work in rotating shifts
