We are enhancing our quality and expanding with another controller in the finance department and are now looking for two Controllers who report to the CFO and are part of our administration team, where eight people work with finance, payroll, and administration. We are looking for one with a focus on financial controlling and one with a focus on operations controlling.

As our Financial Controller, you will be responsible for group accounting and annual financial statements and compile, analyze, and present financial reports for the entire group, including subsidiaries.

As our Operations Controller, you will analyze financial data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvements. You will work closely with the managers of the operations and develop and follow up on budgets, key figures, calculate project profitability, and compile forecasts. You will support them in finding ways to work more efficiently and profitably.

In both roles, you will work on development projects within the finance area. You will ensure internal controls, that processes are efficient, and comply with regulations. We are on the verge of implementing a major system change that will provide better system support for the entire operation. The implementation in the form of developing working methods for maximum value from the new systems may be part of this role.

We work in a tight-knit team and help each other where needed.

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone who is structured, calm, stable, and solution-oriented. You have a high analytical ability and can identify details without losing sight of long-term strategies. You see logic and connections in complex information. You will work independently, and the team will be there when needed. A humble approach and a willingness to solve the task are our most important focus.

We prefer that you have an academic education in finance, or alternatively, you have acquired experience that we consider equivalent.

For the role of Financial Controller, we expect you to have many years of experience in accounting and group accounting, as well as experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. As an Operations Controller, you have experience and an interest in analyzing complex data combined with the ability to collaborate with others and communicate with non-financial colleagues in a way that makes the complex understandable.

We expect that you are a proficient user and possess technical knowledge in operational IT systems and are fluent in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

If you have experience from the construction or real estate industry, it is an advantage but not a requirement.

The Employment

Both roles are part of our administrative team and report to the CFO. The location is Leksand with the possibility to partially work from other Skoglund offices. The positions are permanent full-time employment. Start date is by agreement.
