Payroll Specialist Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Register payroll data and process payroll files accurately.
- Calculations: Perform payroll calculations and ensure precise processing of all submitted information.
- Communication: Maintain frequent contact with managers and employees via ServiceNow, primarily through email and phone.
- Consultation: Provide support and advice on interpreting laws and agreements related to payroll matters.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Several years of experience in payroll, specifically in a qualified Payroll Specialist role.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and quickly adapt to the work environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to build trust and effectively interact with others.
- Service Orientation: A service-oriented mindset with a focus on helping others and meeting deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Structured and detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Swedish is essential.
