Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Domain Architect, UX Designer, and Front-end Developers.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external business contacts and the development team, representing customer voices within Connected Solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and document business and customer needs to propose optimal and valuable solutions for the specific business area.
• Break down requirements and ensure they are clearly communicated.
• Serve as a primary interface towards Volvo Group business areas, working with partners, customers, and colleagues to create the solution strategy and roadmap.
• Lead or participate in user, competitor, and trend studies, documenting the results.
