We are looking for an engaged and strategic Product Manager Food Nordics who wants to be a key player in our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for process management within our food certification area. You will work closely with auditors, business support, and other functions to ensure that our services meet the highest standards and comply with both customer and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and conducting calibration meetings for auditors and standard owners.
- Responsible for the qualification and witnessing of auditors.
- Reviewing audits and self-audits and managing deviations.
- Coordinating and conducting annual traceability exercises and risk analyses.
- Managing certification processes, including reporting and registering deviations in relevant systems.
- Supporting business support, sales, billing, and planning teams in various administrative and strategic matters.
- Ordering and administering updates in systems and permissions for reviewers.
- Collaborating with authorities and standard owners and participating in calibration days and working groups.
- Driving the development of routines and systems to optimize our processes.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience in food certification, auditing, or quality work.
- Good understanding of certification standards such as KRAV, EU organic, BRCGS, and FSSC.
- Experience in managing and reporting deviations according to regulations and standards.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with experience working in systems such as iEnable and TRACES NT.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and in teams with multiple parallel processes.
