Our ambition and why we need you

The energy industry is changing faster than ever, and we need to change with it. We are committed to becoming an even more high-performing organization, where we embrace change, collaborate effectively, and continuously improve to meet our ambitious goals. To support this transformation, we have our E.ON Business System – a business system, building on Operational Excellence, that helps us to transform our company and realize sustainable business results.

Your role

We are now looking for a colleague to join us as a Business Transformation Manager. This is an opportunity for you who wants to contribute to building up and developing E.ON’s Operational Excellence capabilities and implement our E.ON Business System in close collaboration with the organization.

You will be part of a dynamic team who is leading the implementation of E.ON Business System across E.ON Nordics. You will drive high-impact projects to realize sustainable performance improvements, while transforming the culture at the same time. You will collaborate closely with business owners, coaching and training the organization to enable them to drive change independently. The ultimate goal of E.ON Business System is to create a new way of working that leads to sustainable results, continuously improving over time. It is an exciting role with both very hands-on work and delivery of results, while at the same time coaching and training the business.

Examples of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a performance management system to create transparency on results and follow up processes to improve business outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering others to contribute to achieving even better results
  • Collaborate across teams to improve working methods from an end-to-end perspective
  • Engage both managers and employees at every step of the transformation to ensure sustainable change
  • Conduct trainings and workshops in lean and other change methodologies
  • Coach managers and employees hands-on in their change journey
  • Perform data analysis to identify and pursue opportunities for improvement

This position is based in Malmö and includes traveling, mainly within Sweden.

Qualifications

We believe that you have relevant educational background and experience in business- and cultural transformation in large organizations. It is a merit if you have experience in Operational Excellence/Lean with hands-on training and coaching of others to support the development of new skills. It is also a merit if you have been working as a Management Consultant or are certified in Lean/Six Sigma. You are fluent in English and Swedish.

To enjoy this role, we believe that you are driven by a desire to create meaningful impact, combining a results-orientation with a deep commitment to collaboration. You bring together data analysis and fact-based decision-making with a passion for guiding people through change and inspiring them to embrace new ways of working. We believe that you have a natural ability to balance analytical thinking with empathy, helping others feel supported and empowered during transformation processes. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping strategies and leading transformation initiatives that create lasting, positive change and makes real difference. While you value structured processes, you approach problem-solving with a thoughtful and inclusive mindset, ensuring that every voice is heard. Your true focus is on achieving positive, impactful outcomes that not only drive business success but also foster a culture of continuous improvement. You enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams, where your expertise in change management helps to inspire and engage colleagues, ensuring that transformations are not only implemented but truly embraced across the organization.
