We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to strengthen TP in beautiful Lisbon and support customers of Nespresso. You will assist coffee lovers with product inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, and brand experience, ensuring a top-tier customer experience!

And the best part? You will live in Lisbon, a city with 300 days of sunshine per year, breathtaking beaches, and a vibrant international atmosphere!  

What You’ll Do:

• Support coffee lovers – Handle incoming and outgoing customer requests via phone, chat, and email.
  
• Become a coffee expert – Provide advice on products, sustainability initiatives, and the Nespresso experience.
  
• Deliver top service – Ensure a quick and efficient solution at first contact and high customer satisfaction.
  
• Engage & retain customers – Help customers discover new blends and offers and promote customer loyalty.
  

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch & good English – You will communicate with Dutch-speaking customers and collaborate in an international team.
  
• Customer-oriented mindset – You take satisfaction in helping people and delivering excellent service.
  
• Willing to relocate – This is an office position in Lisbon, so you are open to an adventure!
  
• Flexibility – You are available to work in varying shifts (40 hours per week).
