Job Description:

• Legal Responsibilities: Manage all legal duties related to the Managing Director (MD) role, including preparing Steering Committee meetings, handling legal processes and documentation, and managing contracts.
• Data Privacy Officer: Act as the Data Privacy Officer for the Swedish entity.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare Swedish Management Team meetings, including Management review preparations.
• Communication Management: Coordinate communication from the MD, including organizing all-hands meetings.
• Project Involvement: Contribute to various company-related projects.
• Executive Assistance: Support the VP Tech Strategy/MD Sweden as an Executive Assistant, including organizing travel and managing the calendar.
• Tech Strategy Support: Assist the Tech Strategy team with tasks such as managing Management Team meetings, preparing for all-hands meetings, and overseeing the Tech Strategy Intranet Site.
• Local Support: Provide various support to the local tech site in Linköping.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in similar roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of Swedish law.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Understanding of legal requirements related to managing the legal entity.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Structured and well-organized.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• High integrity.
