What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • be the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers
  • take care of our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
  • competently support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
  • work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
  • collaborate with other departments, for example, Sales and Marketing
  • be part of an international and multilingual team

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • are fluent, verbal and written in English (C1)
  • have strong communication skills: approachable, patient and customer-oriented
  • possess a high level of empathy: providing excellent, customer-friendly service is your top priority
  • are capable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issues
  • have prior experience as customer support
  • are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, e-mail) and able to work with many tools at once
  • have a problem-solving mindset, curious and persistent in resolving issues
  • are well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure
  • are proficient in using a smartphone, tablet and computers
