We are looking for new employees for our client's customer center in Torrevieja. The tasks consist of answering calls from our Swedish customers who need assistance on the road and while traveling, as we handle incoming calls via our partners in insurance and automotive.

We hope you have:

Previous experience in customer service
Previous experience working in Spain
NIE, Seguridad Social.
Swedish or Finnish as your native language
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Strong communication skills
Structured and punctual
Positive and solution-oriented, puts the customer first and can remain calm in stressful situations
