We are looking for new employees for our client's customer center in Torrevieja. The tasks consist of answering calls from our Swedish customers who need assistance on the road and while traveling, as we handle incoming calls via our partners in insurance and automotive.

We hope you have:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Previous experience working in Spain
  • NIE, Seguridad Social.
  • Swedish or Finnish as your native language
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Attributes:

  • Good work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured and punctual
  • Positive and solution-oriented, puts the customer first and can remain calm in stressful situations
  • Prefers to work in an office environment with phone and computer as tools
  • Goal-oriented and eager to learn
