About Patrik:HR

Patrik:HR is a specialist company in HR, leadership, AI & digitalization. We develop evidence-based HR processes and digital training with a focus on quality, user benefit, and innovation. We are now expanding our training operations and looking for a structured and efficient assistant with experience in Learnifier.

About the role

You will work on a larger training project where several digital HR trainings are to be completed and published during the spring and autumn of 2025. Your task is to upload materials to the Learnifier platform, ensure quality and structure, and work towards fixed deadlines.

The work is entirely digital and you will be employed on an hourly basis by Patrik:HR (KPN Konsult AB).

Your tasks:

  • Upload trainings in Learnifier according to the finished script and structure
  • Create flows, sections, tests, downloadable materials, etc.
  • Check user experience, logic, and structure
  • Test and quality assure functions and content
  • Work continuously in dialogue with clients and report progress
  • Meet deadlines according to the fixed production plan

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has documented experience with Learnifier (requirement)
  • Is used to independently creating and structuring digital trainings
  • Works quickly, accurately, and independently
  • Has basic HR knowledge or interest in the field
  • Is structured, solution-oriented, and has high digital maturity
  • Has excellent written communication skills
  • Enjoys monotonous work where accuracy is crucial

About the employment:

  • Employment type: Hourly employment via Patrik:HR (KPN Konsult AB)
  • Scope: As agreed, flexible scope
  • Location: 100% remote work
  • Start: Immediate
  • Compensation: Hourly wage as agreed
