About the position
We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and education and wants to work collaboratively with municipalities, regions, the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR), and academia.
You will develop and manage our existing training offerings and explore, evaluate, and initiate new offerings within the HR field.
In the role of development leader, you will belong to Adda's business area Competence. You will be a key person with great opportunities to shape the work and offerings based on direction and priorities, together with colleagues, municipalities, regions, and academia. We are a friendly and caring group that all want to contribute to a smarter welfare.
Qualifications and experience
- University degree in a relevant field for the position. Preferably with a focus on HRM.
- Several years of professional experience in the HR field from municipal or regional operations.
- Documented further education and/or professional experience in more than two of the following areas: leadership, project management, change management, agile working methods, user-centered development/service design.

- Structured - Plans, organizes, and prioritizes work effectively. Sets and adheres to deadlines.
