Sway Sourcing has built a large network of candidates and companies within administration, finance, HR, marketing, and entry-level IT roles. We are now looking for a proactive matcher to join our team on the Costa del Sol – someone who has an eye for potential and enjoys making connections with companies where we can make a difference.

This is not classic sales – but a role where you create connections, capture interest, and drive need-based solutions. Think less “sales calls,” more talent acquisition with a business mindset.

About the role

With us, you will work closely with both companies and candidates – focusing on understanding needs, presenting the right people, and driving solutions that lead to successful recruitments.

You will follow up with employers who have a stated recruitment need, create contact, and be the link between their needs and the candidates we already have in our network. It’s not about chasing cold leads – but about seeing opportunities where we can make a difference.

You collaborate with our research team and our recruiters, contributing to a simple and accurate model where business is built on trust and matching.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, administration or similar roles – preferably with elements of customer contact or business mindset Enjoys creating connections, building relationships, and presenting solutions Is self-driven, motivated, and curious about new ways to work with recruitment Lives on the Costa del Sol or has clear plans to move there

Preferred: Experience in sales in the recruitment industry, or a background as a consultant/entrepreneur in HR or staffing

We are flexible with the start date but our goal is for you to join us at the beginning of May – preferably starting Monday, May 5th
