The job as a mentor/job coach is in Malmö, and you will work with the service "Rusta och Matcha" that we carry out on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service. A role that involves coaching our participants and actively working with employer contacts to find sustainable matches. Work with participants is conducted both individually and in groups. We are looking for someone who is driven to achieve set goals and has a sales-oriented and results-focused approach. You have broad knowledge of the labor market's needs and challenges. You believe in the individual and that everyone has a place in the labor market.

Initially, the position is part-time but may soon become full-time.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you need to have documented experience working as a mentor or coach. Since Rusta och Matcha is carried out on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service, you must meet one of the options below to be eligible for the position:

Option 1

Education: A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The provider decides which field of study is most suitable to achieve the goals of the service. Work experience: At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time.

Option 2

Education: At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Work experience: At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks: Leadership with personnel responsibility, Recruitment. Transition work for job seekers. Study and career guidance. Handling of personnel issues (not just personnel administration), work with labor and labor market issues, Work with social and group psychology. Career guidance.
