About the position

As a corporate advisor at Dalslands Sparbank, you will work with advising, analyzing customers' business models and financial situations, guiding the bank's corporate clients. Although the work is independent, you will be part of a team of corporate advisors and report to the corporate market manager. The customers are currently local in our area and vary in size and industry. Based on the customer's needs, you will present solutions from the bank tailored to the specific situation. The job involves continuous customer visits and a proactive approach to create long-term and good relationships. An important part of the role is to build networks and cultivate new customers.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience working with businesses and entrepreneurs in various industries. You are attentive to your customers' needs and base your advice on their perspective. You have strong analytical skills and good communication abilities. As a person, you are social, unpretentious, and enjoy creating customer satisfaction and building long-term collaborations both internally and externally. The role requires high engagement and the ability to build trust and tailor each customer situation to ensure the best quality in customer interactions. It is advantageous if you have worked in banking in corporate business. We will place great importance on your personal qualities.
