Your mission
As a Sustainability Controller, you will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing sustainability data within the Group’s consolidation system. You will ensure an efficient and reliable sustainability reporting process while supporting the organization in meeting reporting requirements. A key part of your role will be to collaborate closely with those working on the Group’s annual report, act as a support function, and engage with various business functions such as HR, SHEQ, Sourcing, and Finance.
In addition to the ongoing sustainability reporting, you will play an important role in training reporting units, supporting ESG-related projects, and contributing to the implementation and evaluation of a new ESG reporting system. You will work alongside Group Financial Controllers and collaborate closely with the VP Corporate Responsibility.
Your main tasks will include:
- Consolidating and analyzing sustainability data for the Group.
- Ensuring an efficient and structured sustainability reporting process.
- Supporting and interpreting new requirements, including CSRD as part of overall reporting responsibilities.
- Contributing to the Group’s annual sustainability report together with the Sustainability Manager.
- Providing training to reporting entities on sustainability data collection.
- Supporting ESG-related projects, including the implementation of a new ESG system.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in sustainability, who is self-driven and has experience in a global environment. You should be comfortable handling high workloads in a fast-paced setting, with the ability to prioritize and see the bigger picture.
You should also bring:
- A university degree in economics, sustainability, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with sustainability reporting or similar responsibilities.
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint and a good understanding of information systems (knowledge in SAP BCS is a plus).
- Fluency in verbal and written English is required, as much of the communication is in English.
