Our client is a global company working as a video content analyst for one of the world's most beloved video-sharing websites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing user reports on website content

Analyzing and identifying content that does not comply with requirements and flagging for timely action

Making well-balanced decisions and helping to resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures

Using market-specific knowledge and insights to discover and recapture solutions to improve support from the user community

Reviewing sensitive content, sometimes with graphic or disturbing subjects

We are looking for someone who:

-Is fluent in Swedish (at least C1 level, preferably native) and has good knowledge of English

-Can work rotating shifts and hours

-Has good communication skills and is adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Strong attention to detail and a willingness to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard

-Has a neutral mindset towards alternative video content that needs to be classified
