We are continuously seeking engaged and competent individuals for upcoming consulting assignments in public procurement and purchasing. The assignments offer excellent opportunities for development within the procurement field.

We are looking for someone who wants to be employed by us and work as a consultant for our clients.

As a junior procurement consultant in public procurement, you will be part of our clients' purchasing organizations or work with procurement-related issues within the framework of larger projects. The role involves, together with more senior colleagues, being responsible for commercial matters and preparing and conducting procurements in the public sector in accordance with LOU and LUF.

• Assist in the design of procurement documents.
• Participate in bid evaluations.
• Support with research and analysis of market trends.
• Assist in negotiations and contract writing.
• Follow up on timelines and deadlines for ongoing projects.
• Conduct independent direct procurements and call-offs from framework agreements.

• Bachelor's degree in economics, law, public administration, or equivalent.
• Interest in public procurement and EU regulations.
• At least one year of experience working with public procurement.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with procurement tools (e.g., Mercell, Tendsign).
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good ability to collaborate in teams as well as independently.
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
